the writing is very polish but I really like the gameplay in 2. It's like Zombie BOTW.

Most people prefer the first one and that's their prerogative, I disliked it.

 

I started Dragons Dogma 2 recently, I really like it so far

I also started Ender Lilies which I absolutely love

I hope neither of them have a controversy I don't know about outside of the dumb add-on complaints about DD2

Tbh I wouldn't be surprised if gacha revenue is a boost for MS. However, I also do wonder the overlap in fans who were begging for these games to come. I'm sure there's a good amount but there's a very good reason Sony has always been the go-to for JP/CN stuff.

I'm still looking forward to it. Hopefully it's super easy to link a MS and a Hoyo account and I'll def give it a try.

 

I really don't think Genshin on Xbox is going to move the needle at all. Too little too late and afaik no xbox in china.
