This show has become a staple of my Monday nights before bed. Some genuinely creepy stories mixed with stuff like...The Goop Demon. lmao

 

Really liking this so far, right up my alley.

When you first mentioned it, I didn't realize it was the dude Brandon Wardell did a podcast with. I feel bad for thinking he was a douche just from seeing him in pictures lol, he seems like a decent guy.

 

Yeah, it's so funny, the way he looks and the way he conducts this show seem totally at odds lmao

 

Goddamn that second episode got me. Could be she just fell asleep on the table and had some sort of sleep paralysis, but all the other stuff combined freaked me out. The lady coming to her room in the middle of the night, hell no. Too much weird stuff.

 

Forgot about this show for a minute, but started back on it today.

Got to episode 6 and that shit freaked me out, those things scare the shit out of me, I don't even want to type their name because even before the episode all I've heard is do not talk about, think about, or open yourself up in anyway to them.

 

Oh shit. The most recent series he did with Eilish Poe is harrowing.

 

Damn, yeah on episode 3 of Eilish Poe and the attack was rough to listen to. She's so well composed telling it, kudos to her for controlling her own narrative. Interested to see where the other two episodes go and how much more weird shit happens.

 

This week's episode creeped me out so bad that I had trouble sleeping last night lol

 

This week's episode made me tear up.

 

I was listening on the way to work but didn't get too far into it. Just a kid having the belief that a parent is going to die and there's nothing they can do about it is pretty heartbreaking already.

On a lighter note, last week's episode with the chupacabra and time slip or whatever the hell it was, was extremely my shit. Love when it's just a case of high strangeness and multiple weird things happen at once.

 

Yeah, seems like a lot of people were burned out after the Them saga and all of the internet sleuthing that was done afterwards. I have historically really enjoyed their multi-part series, but there's definitely something satisfying about the self-contained stories

 

I didn't make it through that one, was it worth it? I got through the first and half of the second.

Just finished this week's and yeah that got me as well.

 

Imo? No. Cool story, lots of baggage with some of the evidence people in investigated online, and all in all it just goes on too long. If you believe most people, the daughter was likely the victim of some kind of scheme her mother cooked up

 

That was definitely the vibe I was getting from jump. Now I'm going to go digging for the stuff others found.
