I get my nephew next weekend and unless they pull a switch on me and change it like last time I was promised I could have him, I'm super pumped!

That friday the park by my house is doing movies in the park, so planning to buy fun snacks and let him play in the splash pad in the park and watch Jurassic Park on cozy blankets

Then Saturday I wanna take him to a hidden gem drive up food place with good ice cream by the river so he can swim and play and eat. And then of course go to his fave lil shop to pick out a plushie

Fingers crossed they don't shorten the time on me like last time!!

 

Our niece and nephew are sleeping over for the first time this Friday and I love hanging out with them, but they are A LOT and I do not know what to expect lol

Today was a self-care day. I went by myself to see Cuckoo in the morning, then went to see SeeYouSpaceCowboy in the afternoon. As I’m typing this, I realize both feature trans women. Inclusivity is great.

 

I’m seeing Bruce Springsteen tomorrow!!! Took some time off work and making a little overnight trip out of it and I am so excited!

My mom got a dog!!! She brought her over today and she is so cute!! She's a beagle and super friendly and loves to cuddle. And when she gets more used to everything, since my mom still works 2 days a week and I work from home, she's gonna let me dog sit on those days. I wanted a dog really bad but it isn't the right time yet so this is filling that void for me! My mood was instantly boosted as soon as I saw her!

Planning my garden for next year

 

Getting hair transplant tomorrow. Idk if I lost the genetic lottery but I ended up with balding temples as a pre-teen so I've been insecure about it for most of my life. Can't believe I'm fixing this for good, and I'm dreaming about the hairstyles I'll finally be able to pull off in the long term.

Today the weather was so perfect. 70F and overcast with some light misty fog in the morning. I went on a jog and couldn't have asked for better weather. Only thing that ruined it was the chub rub of my thighs because I wore a new pair of gym shorts that I will no longer jog in for that reason! The chafing still burns. But the weather was wonderful
