Oney Lorcan (Chris Gerrard) was announced as an new NXT trainer a few days ago.

 

I still want The Bar vs Lorcan/Burch match from that era

 

I could've sworn that he's been a trainer there for a while now.

 

Maybe he was but he was annoced officially a few days ago along with Alexander James and Wesley Blake

Yeah, if OC wasnt in the Gauntlet, Id actually say the Conglomeration are the perfect ones to win the belts and reset the division (and then let HOB run through them at Wrestledream or Full Gear). Guess Undisputed Kingdom could end up in there too...

 

In NJPW news; them having ZSJ win the belt in October is super smart. Have him get a real main event match for the belt at WK, and then be poised to also have a banger match with someone awesome the next night at WrestleDynasty

 

Asuka's so (rightfully) flattered to be considered as elite as Roman and Rock by Kairi

 

I'm guessing they have a big match planned for WK. I'm hoping it's Danielson for their rubber match, would also be a great send off for Danielson in Japan.

i think they need to get Smackdown off Friday's. It's crazy that a show with Cody, LA Knight, Bloodline has such little buzz for the most part compared to Raw.

Monday night raw is just such a staple...it's THE show no matter what. I don't know how to fix that but ill tell ya, it's not doing Cody any favors.

 

It also doesn't help that most weeks SmackDown seems pretty stale. I haven't found myself super interested in SmackDown in a while, probably since pre-Mania. RAW however at least is mostly entertaining to great every week, IMO.

 

Raw is easily the better show but The Bloodline stuff still has most of the buzz and Roman is proving again how big of a draw he is. We’re the minority in thinking the story has been stale.

I don’t think the Bloodline story is stale but it’s also something you can catch YT clips of and not miss anything else of note going on during Smackdown. Cody is pretty boring and everything besides the Bloodline is just going through the motions most of the time.

 

Smackdown is still good but it’s also still been mostly the same format. I feel like raw has been more dynamic and the order of the show is less predictable

 

The matches on smackdown were very good and damn if that isn’t some great story telling over a damn “necklace”. Roman put that thing on like it was the infinity gauntlet

 

He sounds so defeated in his Triplemania recap.
