I remember randomly getting this as my first Taking Back Sunday CD in the airport. We were on our way to Cyprus for 3 weeks and I always liked to get a CD in the airport to bully my Dad into playing in the car on holidays otherwise it would only be Queen CDs for 3 weeks. Safe to say the rest of the family weren't huge fans of Where You Want To Be, but I absolutely lapped it up whenever they permitted me to play it.

Agreed. Would love a 20 year tour of this but ONLY if Fred is part of it.

 

i got to see this album performed in full in 2019 and it was fucking fantastic, no fred, but why would he be there lol
non stop energy from phasers to slowdance, so much fun! you could feel it in the room the entire night.

I kinda miss Fred in TBS. I also wish he was still doing stuff with Terrible Things cause that first album was fantastic.

 

Hard to decide which is better. This or TAYF. Friends had so many bangers as well (team, timberwolves, e, ghost, scene). Plus them live in this era was special
