Today was almost my breaking point of leaving work lol I’m baffled by the people I deal with

Me: yes, but you have to do it material by material, it can’t do every single material at once for what you’re looking for

person: well we did a terrible job implementing SAP, we missed a lot (mind you I’m the person who had to handle all of our plants implementation), we should look into having an outside company customize reports for us

me: sure, that’s going to be very expensive though, I don’t think we’re going to get a budget approved for those kind of implementations when we’re fully capable of doing things without it
Person: well we can split the cost across all three plants (that ain’t happening lol)

just so fucking rude, when I’m doing all I can to help with the tools we have. I hate being IS support while also having to run and maintain their functions and systems for them. I’m just exhausted. Every single department issue is an SAP issue, when really, it’s a user error issue.
