    Things have changed.

They're absolutely not doing an album play.

MCR should’ve done Three Cheers for its 20th anniversary. Probably the most bummed about that since The Black Parade has like 3 good songs (fight me)

Wish Jimmy Eat World was a 20th anniversary of Futures

I’m excited for Plagues since I feel it’s the only time they’re going to do it and I still enjoy it

Dashboard is an easy skip, any of their first 3 albums would have been better

Wish Anberlin was Blueprints For The Black Market since they won’t even play Readyfuels anymore

I understand why Emery is doing The Weak’s End, but it will be the 3rd time I’ve seen it performed in 2024 lol

I wish MCR would do The Black Parade one day and Three Cheers the second one.

2 others I wish were different are Four Year Strong doing Rise or Die Trying and Saves The Day doing Through Being Cool

Announcing in advance 2 days, and creating slightly adjusted lineups and letting fans chose would have been cool. No way that any band does anything like that now as that'd be changing the terms of what people signed up for a little too much.

My only disappointment is the Used not doing their self-titled. I mentioned this before (maybe even in this thread) but they fell off hard for me, more so than any other band in the 'scene' that's still making music. It's shocking to me that they have TEN albums.

3 good songs? Haha, it took me a long time to really appreciate the black parade but I'm excited to witness it live. The setlist they did in 2022 was awesome, I hope they play more songs.

Honestly I think Futures is the better album.

  6. When are we expecting 2025’s WWWY to get announced?

John // OC now, OH forever.

Thursday doing “Full Collapse” instead of “WATT” seems odd, I’d rather have Senses Fail do “Let It Enfold You”.

I wonder if MCR will reenact the black parade tour show. That’d be cool

The Maine doing their debut album is really odd for me. Their first 4 albums are incredibly forgettable while their next 5 were all amazing.

I hope Senses Fail/Saves The Day do a side show with the albums they are playing in their Fall tour

I'm assuming a few weeks after this year's if there is one next year, I wonder what bands are returning next year and if they are going to continue doing these album playthroughs.

Fingers crossed for Thrice performing Vheissu.

For this festival, CSWS makes sense. They've only played it live in full once & vowed to never do it again, so I'm super excited for it. But I also wouldn't be mad if they played any of their albums in full

SWS playing Let’s Cheers to This over With Ears is my biggest let down.

I really like Alesana (The Emptiness being my favorite as well but the two other earlier albums are great) and they’re a top 3 show for me so you’re not alone!

The Wonder Years doing "The Greatest Generation". They just did a tour for that album last year, and I feel like it doesn't have as many well-remembered songs as "Suburbia".

    I also wish :
-Tonight Alive did "What Are You So Scared Of?" instead of "The Other Side"
-NFG did "Catalyst" instead of "Sticks & Stones"
-All-American Rejects did "Move Along" instead of Self-Titled

On another note, I'm curious what Dance Gavin Dance will do now that Tilian's out of the band. They mentioned doing a "unique" set, which makes me think they're stepping away from the plan to do Mothership. It'd be cool if they brought back Kurt, but it'd be significantly less cool if they brought back Jonny Craig.

I'm excited for There, there, passing through a screen door, and the devil in my bloodstream.

The way Dance gavin dance worded it as a unique set makes me curious if they'll bring out different guest vocalists

Are all tickets physical/wristbands this year or are some pdf/digital like years past

Seems like wristbands for everything based on the wording

What I feared about coming on Friday… flight doesn’t get in until 4:50. Probably should just chill and rest for the weekend anyway

I need the official sideshows asap. Between the pool party and Knocked Loose, I need to know the rest to choose wisely

I'm going to LTJ on Friday (unless something crazy pops up) but if I wasn't I would definitely hit the KL show
