The recent Olympic discourse reminds me that I was voted best dancer in 7th grade because I did anxiety-fueled ironic passive aggressive break dancing at the most popular rich kid in school’s birthday party that his parents sympathy invited me to. And the other kids thought it was good/I was being sincere.
