Beyond not having gas in the tank, I just don't think he cares about music at all anymore. The last few were obviously bad too, but there's no form to this, no obvious singles, "Slide" is a bizarre opening track, he threw two unfinished fan favorites on here and now a third as part of the "deluxe" version, plus the AI stuff. It's like he's throwing demos at Ty and his ghostwriters and letting them try to make something out of it.
