Wow, Death Game was awesome. I had NO idea Eli Roth's Knock Knock was a remake lol, that movie was truly awful. But Death Game kicked ass. Colorful, chaotic, absolutely insane ending. Cautionary tales about monogamy are my bread and butter.

 

watched 1408 last night. for a movie that's just a dude in a room, entertaining as hell

 

1408 is fun as hell, underrated King adaptation

I get letting us know like 1-2 movies he’s directed before, but 8 of them? I’ll probably already know every movie he’s done by the time this comes out in January.

Abigail was a fucking blast. Melissa Barrera seems to be on a different level of acting than she was in Scream. She just seemed so much more comfortable in this.

 

I unfortunately cannot afford to do this (especially with Romulus next week), so instead, I'm going to set some time aside to double feature our Horror Club Flick of the Week, Alone, along with Old to scratch my shitty Shyamalan itch, unless others in here have better recommendations for films that feel like Trap or Cuckoo lmao.

 

yeah, i prefer not watching any horror trailers, if i can get away with it.
