Do we know if it’s true or just a running bit/meme or something that Vince was always in Cole’s ear and making him say most of the stupid shit he’d say on commentary? If true idk how Cole was able to deal with that week after week for over a decade, especially during his never-ending heel run debacle. Kudos to him for sticking through it and not leaving. He’s definitely been much better immediately after Vince left and he’s been given the freedom or whatever to be more relaxed / himself on air and not a character reading a script at 150% screaming volume.

 

It's true but it's not just him. The commentators that have come and gone through the years have been vocal about it, especially JR. People always refer to the Beast in the East show from 2015 as one of Cole's first, true performances because Vince wasn't there to lead him.

 

I'm all for supporting indie wrestling but the thought of thousands of TikTok kids getting into wrestling and infesting the already super toxic landscape of the IWC makes me sick.

Yeah Cole being allowed to be himself is the best thing that’s ever happened to him. So much better than being a robot and when he was an annoying heel. He actually has a charm to him now that he has never had before.

 

And she was very bad at it and would frequently land on the wrestlers who are half her size. Dont think her Bonzai drop is all that good either, but, its WAY safer for her to execute, and kinda pairs nicely with her hip attack as a signature in shorter matches

 

I just don’t understand how she’s been at this ten years and has barely made any headway into being decent in the ring. She moves like she has two left feet and each one is stuck inside of a bucket.
