Lol the kill scenes have been ridiculous (in a good way) so far

 

Took some time to get the ball rolling but it was a fun watch. I'll always think of this movie whenever I see a frog now.

How did woman not freak out about giving a random man carrying a rifle a ride while her child was present in the car? lol

Yeah, the first half of this is slow but the payoff is a bunch of fun. I like that it's called Frogs despite the frogs not actually doing all that much lol

 

Haha okay, this was fun. I do not like spiders so that tarantula scene was kinda gnarly. I knew Sam Elliot was in this and it still took me a minute to realize it was him. I like to think the titular frogs were psychically controlling all the other plants and wildlife.

Yeah, I had to look away a couple times during the spider scene lol. I agree with you about the frogs pulling the strings

I appreciate that. I have Hulu and and a pretty popular free movie site that I use a lot (by no means is it like the ones you mentioned tho - it’s pirated stuff). I kinda see this being a recurring thing for me tho tbh. I don’t want any special treatment so I can either skip this round, you can choose another film (which, to be clear: I would never ask you to), or I can just drop out of the thread now. I don’t wanna be problems

 

Just FYI, I venture to guess that not many, if anyone, here has watched every single movie. I certainly have not. If you're enjoying yourself, but can only get to a few of the movies each round, that's perfectly fine and I'm sure everyone here would enjoy whatever insight and reactions you bring.

 

Well I’m gonna change my pick to Alone (2020; Hulu, Netflix, Kanopy) because I’m due a rewatch and that kind of shit is scarier to me than any kind of ghosts or demons — and I’d rather you be able to participate.

No need, I get where you’re coming from though; I’d feel the same way. I come here for community and sharing similar interests, which is important to me and a necessity at this point in my life, so this makes it more enjoyable personally.
