Millennials are Gen Y and you guys are basically hte oldest of the millennials. 1980 is the earliest year I've seen used for millennials, but I feel ike 83/84 is a better cut off range.

 

as far as this season of Survivor is concerned, 1983 is the "middle" year between Gen X and millenials
