Nah. Any time the resale market can get brought down a peg to be more up front with fees and what you're actually paying, I'm for it. And in general, we shouldn't go to bat for multibillion dollar corporations when it comes to consumer protection.

 

agreed, however if you know how to use StubHub you can actually get tickets really cheap for shows that aren’t sold out. I’d say 30-40% if the tickets I get in there are below face value even with the fees. I’m looking at 311 tonight and the resellers are panicking 5hrs before the show and have $75 face value tickets marked down to $22 each.

StubHub's "includes fees" price when browsing does not always line up with it's final price, which is nonsense whether you're getting a deal under face value or paying an arm and leg.
