Shapiro seems like the most no-brainer candidate who should be OUT of the running and yet

 

Feels like Shapiro is too bad, Walz is too good, we end up with Beshear or Kelly.

 

Most of the messaging has been those things they're talking about are weird and off-putting we don't need to debate them, here is our platform to help people. Again it's a good message, Democrats will fuck it up most likely and they need to plan their next step when that gets old, but it's still been a good strategy. That being said not every Dem has to use it and drive it into the ground. I don't know if Kamala herself even needs to use it.

 

I love Bernie, but he’s not who I’d go to for advice on winning national elections.

 

Hard agree on Kamala not using it. The verbiage needs to be switched up, too. Creepy old men telling your children where they can go to the bathroom could be an evolution, but I am not strategist.

 

Is Walz not also a Midwest governor? I don't have Twitter so I can't see if there's another tweet adding on, but if they didn't include him in their polling then it's invalid lol

Hard to parse between him and Beshear in terms of front runners, but he is the one with the best in-state numbers, for sure.

 

Kamala is announcing in PA on Tuesday so it is easy to assume it'll be Shapiro.

 

I know I'm preaching to the choir in here, but it seems incredibly dumb to even be considering Shapiro with the cover-up allegations. The VP pick needs to be squeaky clean in this race and you'd be giving Republicans the easiest layup of all time to run with

I think the Philly thing should be disregarded, it’s not a common thing to do to intro the VP pick in their home state. It doesn’t mean it isn’t Shapiro, but I don’t think it means it’s any more likely he’s the pick.

if they really wanna keep his star rising, let him finish out his gov run and then name him AG or maybe he can run for senate if one of the other two retires/loses

 

The tip about Beshear being prepped with extra security is the clue people should be looking at honestly

 

Walz is gonna end up being Education or VA Secretary I bet.

Retired teacher, veteran, former ranking member of the house veteran affairs committee. If Kamala ends up giving him a cabinet job as a consolation for not being VP those are the two his resume lends itself best to.
