I'd assume its the perfect natural counter to WWE being on Netflix...but, honestly WBD doesnt really ahve anything else for TBS/TNT, so Id bet we get something like WWE has now (next-day replays on MAX, PPVs on the streaming platform).

Really, really hope they dont go the ESPN+ model; though dont they have a sports tier on Max?

 

Yeah there’s a sports tier, people were speculating aew would be included when that launched. It’s been awhile.

 

I use my mom's YouTube TV account for the weekly shows now but I am very intrigued by the possibility of the back catalog being available finally, especially if they do what WWE did with Peacock and have all the past PPV's and such on there.

 

There’s a ton of older ppv matches I missed the first few years of AEW I’d love to watch

 

I just want a way to go back and catch up easily on AEW

Surprised at Buddy resigning, would have thought him and Malakai (whose contract is apparently up soon too, but who really knows with him!) would be nailed on WWE returns considering their respective spouses being there. Pretty sure Dave said he'd go back too?

Wherever Keith Lee goes, I hope he's healthy and happy. He's had a shitty couple of years.

Yeah, unfortunately I think Keith Lee is on the Christian/Edge/D-Bry style path where we wont see him for a couple years until someone finds a way to resolve some of the long COVID symptoms. He got f'd by that and even when he was working matches, looked very out of shape/worn down from the process.

Definitely surprised by Buddy resigning because I dont know what he does if Malakai leaves.

 

Feel like that’s a good sign Malakai stays. Also really feel like Keith Lee’s place is in WWE
