I just remembered this story and realized I forgot to share it here, so I guess I will now.


A few months ago one of my best friends went to a HEALTH concert in Phoenix. He was wearing a DOOM (the video game) hoodie and and dude passed and told him he had a sick hoodie and they chatted for a bit. The guy he talked to went elsewhere in the venue and it wasn’t until after he left that my bud realized, the guy he talked to was Chino…

 

Chino mentioned this on a podcast — at 0:34 you can see him at the barricade at this Depeche Mode show in 1990.

I haven’t listened to much of their stuff but what I have was good

 

i know they did a song with Chino and Tyler Bates for the Dark Knights: Death Metal soundtrack, but a proper collaboration (even a remix) would be sick. why couldn't they have been on Black Stallion?

 

The first two Idles are good and Crawler is a pretty wild record. The lost me a little bit with Ultra Mono and I haven't listened to the new one yet. Check out "Collosus"
