not going to defend that aspect of Subway, but chik-fil-a had yoga mat bread and they continue to actively and aggressively fund anti LBGTQ+ groups and people still love that shit.

Subway is like Arby's in that people weirdly like to talk shit even though it's good as hell.

 

I liked Subway when it was the only sub place around. Now there are so many better options out there.

I mean, last time I was in one a few months ago the employees almost got in a fight. there were tons of customers, most walked out.

 

Subway is a specific kind of sub though. That's like saying Taco Bell sucks because there's better Mexican restaurants. I think most people who hate Subway are getting something like turkey with lettuce and tomato on italian bread. That's objectively a wrong order. Treat it like a big fucked up salad inside a loaf of bread

if you just want a good, regular italian sub then yeah, don't go to subway. if you want some sloppy grilled chicken sub slathered in wild sauces with an entire salad jammed into some italian herb cheese bread, go to subway.

 

But there are a lot of other sub places that offer that too is all I'm saying.

Ive done orders similar like that at Jersey Mike's and Firehouse before. Online orders make this possible for almost any place that lets you "build your own" sub.

 

Nobody gets it! Jersey Mikes is not comparable. And their hot subs are fucking anemic

im talking a full salad worth of veggies. Lettuce, spinach, tomato’s, onions, black olives, green peppers, yellow peppers, pickles and jalapeños on the sandwhich
