I made grilled chicken thigh quesadillas last night with green onions and Diablo sauce and they fucking smacked

 

Chicken thighs are the way to go for most everything chicken related. I don't really buy chicken breasts anymore and can't think of a recipe in which it'd better suited except for something where you want to butterfly and stuff it. Chicken thighs are more forgiving to cook, cook faster, and just have more flavor.

 

Can't go wing hunting for thighs.

 

Wing stop tried to make thighs happen, not sure if they still sell them. But yes, wings are amazing but chicken with rice / pasta / in a soup, in a stir fry, on a sandwich, in chicken salad, made into nuggets etc. I'd go thighs over breasts for all of them.

I have long preferred chicken breasts but thighs have been making me question my allegiances lately for sure

I love a good breast

 

If Im eating chicken on a regular basis then I mostly go with breasts marinated on the grill, especially this time of year. Anything slow cooked is better with thighs for sure. I'll do pulled chicken with a mix of both usually to have a nice fat/lean meat ratio.

 

Thighs are the best, but I'll still grab breasts for cutlets and I love a good Frenched/airline breast. Nailing one of those is an art form. I was going to make yakitori chicken for some friends and the one person was so against chicken thighs that rather than use breasts (which I objected to), we switched to something else entirely. They missed out.

 

I simply pick up my pizza so I don’t have to wait

Yeah there is only one pizza place on here and it's a Papa Gino's (a huge chain in New England) lol

 

I just ordered a brisket Mac and cheese burrito from a place called Tim's Drunken Chicken and Rubs. Will report back

 

A place near me has this and it's absolutely incredible.
