Played through Erase Me after the Aaron comment today. Has not aged great. I have fond memories seeing them a bunch touring on that album. I was working at the time for a company that was out at a bunch of fests and caught their set a bunch. It is a very inconsistent play through front to back, but On My Teeth and No Frame should be set staples forever.

 

Man bloodlust is great. That chorus is insane, gives saosin vibes.

 

Yeah if all Aaron has in mind is from Erase Me, they should just bring No Frame back instead. Or Hold Your Breath. Not sure if In Motion has ever been played live, but that’d be a good deep cut even if the post chorus sounds a bit corny.

 

I think it was more from a "I wanna see Tim mess up this part like he thinks I'll mess up this song" rather than a "I like this song so vote it 3 times". Regardless, I don't want Rapture, ha.

 

I like "Rapture," but I especially like the bit

 

For my date I hope they just play the breathing in a new mentality breakdown 9 times for the encore

Whole band. Bridge and outro have both Aaron and Spencer's vocals as well. Kinda has a vibe reminiscent of TOCS.

 

Definitely an Underoath feature, screaming an all, and there's a Colbie Caillat feat. on the same album too (edit: and apparently a Goo Goo Dolls cover ;d), pretty interesting hahh. I see that guy on the other hand is on a Bilmuri album

Bummed you can only vote one song. I haven’t seen them live since 2007, and back then I wasn’t a fan of them. So much I wanna hear!
I’m torn between picking In Regards to Myself, The Only Survivor Was Miraculously Unharmed or Moving for the Sake of Motion.

Another fb post in the same group (so presumably we’re talking about more hardcore fans) had a poll with 53 songs and the top 3 from a quick glance were in regards, breathing in a new mentality, and paper lung. I can’t tell if most of these folks somehow have never seen em before or if theyre mostly casuals who only care for the first 2 records but I’m gonna roll my eyes so hard when we get the exact same set they would’ve played without the fan vote. Always stoked to see em, but the eyes will roll.

 

yeah i feel ya on that, it did let me pick 6 songs, and when i clicked another, it already said i chose 6 so we shall see, i haven't seen them since 2018ish so im stoked to see em again!

atreyu did a 20 year annv tour in 2019 and let the fans pick the set and we got a lot of cool deep cuts, not sure if you are familiar with their discography but this is what we got

Yea that’s a great set! Would’ve loved to see demonology. Becoming the bull/falling down/blow would’ve tested my patience though, oof.
