Get involved and organize around a new candidate and run for office, and then vote for that candidate!

Lol the solution to voting for a candidate who betrayed their base is to… get hyper invested and vote for a new candidate. Cool, bro, a perpetual unaccountability machine.

His position on student loans is besides the point - you said “better senators” and he’s the latest in a long line of disappointments that progressives hitched their wagon too.

 

The answer is basically to play whack a mole with the bad candidates all across the country I guess. You get one out in state A but state B votes a bad one in. You get that one out but oh no rising senator form state C leans right and won in a landslide. People had to vote for them to stop the actual republican I guess. And so on and so forth. This is why progress is a foreign word to the democrats

 

My whole life has been a history of 2-3 senators at any given time just standing in the way. Definitely a bug, not a feature.

 

I’ve been watching “work within the system” people throw their hands up and say “what can you do” my entire adult life
