I can’t believe this album hasn’t even been out for a year yet.

 

Definitely not what I was expecting, doesn’t really do anything for me…

 

In the video it flashes the words The Maine Is Dead

 

They’re so good at everything they try. I don’t know about the lasting power of this type of song, for me. But it’s fun as hell.

 

I feel like there’s some Eurodance influence in that production, I’m kinda hoping there’s an album of this coming

 

Yeah love that they’re still trying new things. Interesting stuff, not sure if it fully works for me but I like what they’re going for

It's a fine/10. I like the visuals in the video.

 

I think this is the first complete miss from this band for me since like 2014, so i’ll just give it a pass and wait for their next full length. But this song in particular just ain’t it for me. A 2:08 length is also wild.

 

I really like the new song. Wouldn’t put it up there with their best stuff or anything, but it’s a fun song imo

 

Not a fan, but excited to see what they do next. They’ve been on an insane hot streak with their full-lengths.

Haha, I like this more than the last album. That post chorus guitar line is really cool. Reminds me of The Bravery.

 

weird song. its “fine” but not the quality of tune i expect from them. i don’t even care about the change of sound really. just not the best execution.

I'm digging this! Fun dance song I actually think it's the perfect length for what it is

Not sure how I feel about that. It's better than "Spiraling," at least!

 

I love it, it's a bop. Wish it was longer, though. Here's the thing:
Is it hyperpop?
Is it TikTok music?
I can't help but feel like it's both, or at least inspired by both.

 

It’s alright. Maybe it’ll be better in the context of an album.

 

Unsurprising direction for this song. Credit to them for pushing their sound and not making the same record 10 times, but I'm not sure it's for me.
