  1. Looks like Villa are the PL team going for Chiesa. The price being thrown out makes a deal for him very tempting. But I guess there’s a reason it’s so low. He’s definitely a risk.

This is very cool. A good idea tbf to the coaching staff.

    It's all hell.

I'll be there too homie, and am scared because trying to get any signal last year was an absolute nightmare, (I literally had to walk for miles last year to get an uber because I had to leave a day early!) I was hoping that they would put a screen up in the forest because that would be a perfect place to watch the game, but the organisers have said they're not showing it outside the vip bar.

Also, I'm not sure The Xcerts would appreciate having an England game being shown behind them lmao, (maybe if it was Scotland...)

  4. Spurs seem to have moved on from Gallagher.

I bet you're delighted? He's a perfect Simeone player, though imo. Someone who runs around, putting the yards in.

Yeah, there is wifi in the arena area but it’s super spotty. The other option is the pub nearby, which is a four minute drive or 25 minute walk away, but I think they close the site at 11pm which is risky if it goes to penalties. Either way, we’re going to attempt to screen it at our campsite lol.

    Who you looking forward to?

  7. I like that Eze is the top target and not Gallagher haha but I don’t know if we can pull off the Eze deal.

Sad to have not come last. Can we get minus points?

If I started deducting points for most boring matches, we could de-throne @Swoos real quick.

i think Olise leaving will make trying to get Eze even harder than it already was. Palace don't need to sell, unless there's a release clause?

    Local animal adoption/shelter.

Maybe this is a sign that England are winning the Cup.

  14. He does have a clause. Around 60m or so. Palace requires large bulk of that fee upfront which Levy likely won’t do.

    It's all hell.

There's a lovely run on Thursday which is something like Spanish Love Songs > Kids In Glass Houses > Manchester Orchestra > Los Camp! (Although that Hot Mulligan clash is one of the worst ever) > Gaslight which I'm really stoked for.

The other days I have to admit I have a lot of blind spots on, but am psyched for Unpeople, Sweet Pill, Bob Vylan, Creeper, Turnover, Michael Cera Palin and some others. Even Frank Turner (even though he's now a total egg).

    What about yourself?

Really intrigued by the Zirkzee signing that seems to be more or less wrapped up at this point. Obviously his finishing or lack there of is a flaw for sure, but the other aspects of his game bring a much needed profile to our side. A creative striker with good vision, link up play, back to goal, his strengths make up for Hojlund’s weaknesses and vice versa.

  17. estacey99

Oh yeah, oh yeah, everything is terrible.

seems very much like a like-for-like Martial replacement, but can play in tandem with Hojlund or in place of, so Im excited to see what he brings!

Zirkzee was a player I was excited about when he was on the Bayern campus. I was disappointed we sold him after his good loan stint at Anderlecht when we had no obvious striker solutions and were instead sold on Mane taking over for Lewandowski.

    Similar actually.

Think I'm doing Static Dress, Grove Street, Spanish Love Songs, Movements, Manchester Orchestra, Hot Mulligan, Gaslight for that run, but definitely a highlight.

On Friday I'm looking forward to Sweet Pill Guilt Trip, Lauran Hibberd, Turnover, and Bob Vylan, so it's my weakest day. Then on Saturday I'm into Dune Rats, Xcerts, Teenage Wrist, Gouge Away, Into It. Over It., Amigo The Devil, Creeper, and yes I will probably even see Frank Turner and hope he plays all mostly stuff from before 2016ish lol.

Sadly your namesake clashes with Creeper, which is a bummer. Also the weather looks shite ha.

Seen some chatter that he'll play a similar role to Firmino.

Seems like it. I like the idea of starting him to control a game early on and bring Hojlund on against tired legs or starting Hojlund and bringing on Zirkzee to see out a game. Generally just glad we’re going to have two quality options for one position, squad depth is what i’m most excited about over the next couple of windows maybe even more so than the quality of who we bring in. I think our issues have been compounded by having to run decent players into the ground.
