I imagine that the democratic party’s whole plan right now is to constantly leak information about people defecting against Biden publicly or privately, so it doesn’t fall out of the news cycle, and eventually his campaign becomes untenable to run. They can’t make one ounce of noise about Trump because people don’t stop talking about how bad a candidate Biden is this time around.
