Most of what I don't enjoy in general is jumpscares, it isn't even as much about how "scary" anything in it is, just the jumps make me feel awful

I like stuff like Hereditary/Midsommar but anything jump heavy I'm out on and my wife said the most recent AQP was jump heavy

 

My wife's family goes to the beach at like 8/9 am and they will stay on that beach all day to watch the fireworks which begin at like 9:30 pm. Its crazy


THANK GOD my mom found a new daddy who's parents conveniently died soon after dating and who conveniently had a house 3 minute drive from the same beach my wife's family go to and the house conveniently had a suspicious "fire" weeks after the new daddy bought out his brother which gave them a ton of insurance money to renovate the house and now they got what feels like a brand new house 3 minutes from said beach I''ll be at tomorrow

I get that. I feel like with AQP all the jumps are set up though since they attack noise, so you always kind of see it coming I feel like

 

There was an insane jump scare in presumed innocent last night which pissed me off. It’s not a scary show!!
