One of my side goals has been to get as many final evolutions above 1000CP as possible.

 

I feel like every pokemon is garbage right now other than the birds, mew/two, ditto & regions :-o

 

Since I recently started trying to evolve pokemon to get better move sets for battle (more likely boredom) I started thinking they should introduce TM's into the game. Like when It takes me forever to evolve my Grimer and I end up with the worst moves it's pretty upsetting. If there was a way to teach better moves by collecting TM's at pokestops I think that would be cool.

 

Yeah yeah yeah. Haha.

 

I feel like the second the halloween event ended I haven't gotten anything. 3 hatches today on my walk. 5KMs: Ekans and Krabby which i have a ton of. 2KM was a god damn caterpie.

 

Hatched a Machamp today (another one that I got during the event but was too slow to hatch...dammit). I'm coming up on being done with evolving my available Pokemon except I have four that will take me forever.

So far current candies I need to evolve these guys:

Kadabra - 13 candies
Seel - 16 candies
Volvorb - 29 candies
Machoke - 34 candies
Graveler - 41 candies
Grimer - 47 candies
Wartortle - 67 candies
Dragonair - 70 candies
Magikarp - 121 candies

With Seel, Voltorb, and Machoke, I've never seen any of them in the wild and have only hatched them so I'm surprised I've gotten as close as I have. I also have to evolve Omanyte and Kabuto, but considering I haven't caught those yet...I just don't think about them.

 

Caught my 408th Eevee today; more than any other Pokemon. If my 5k eggs start hatching as Eevees I'm gonna flip out.

I found a 120 cp alakazam in an alley, I love fastpokemaps. Up to 113

 

Just randomly caught a grimer on the bus!!!!! Wasn't even on my radar. I was so confused when I saw it. Took me so long to realize what it was. I have enough candies for a Muk now. Don't have a grimer with good IVs but I don't think I can be too picky.

Caught a much stronger scyther last night after the movies. It's cool to notice more Pokémon period in certain places.

 

I can't believe how much pointless work Niantic did to keep those trackers from working. They did different coding that actually made the game worse for some people.

Oh well, I hardly used trackers anyway. The only times I could sit and use the site were times that I couldn't go out and play the game.

My house seems to have moved or no longer be active. Huge bummer.

 

Is that a thing? I had two spawn points on the road to each side of my house, but I've noticed recently that the one to the right doesn't really have anything when I go out there anymore. I thought it was coincidence but maybe not.

 

There's definitely one by my house that no longer spawns.

 

I desperately need to find a good Magikarp spot in town. I feel like all of the lakes around here don't spawn more than like one every hour. I still need 120 more candies.

 

I guess so. It seems to have just changed yesterday afternoon. I used to be able to get something ever hour but now nuffin:(

 

Had a Venusaur on the tracker at my house but it disappeared immediately. Also saw a Magmar on there today as I was leaving. Seems to be more rare shit popping up now around here.

Well my 10k wasn't an Eevee, but it was still my third Scyther. Damn it. Now I have nine 5ks and one incubator.

 

The same spot by my house that spawned a Venusaur and Magmar this weekend just popped out a Snorlax. He was 1700CP so I was happy to have him. My other two were 660CP and 226CP.

 

Got an Omanyte finally! Two more 10km eggs cooking.

Pokémon GO is in the process of being updated to version 0.45.0 for Android and 1.15.0 for iOS devices. Below are some release notes and comments from our development team.

• You’ll earn bonuses for the first Pokémon catch and PokéStop visit each day. You’ll receive a larger bonus when you do this seven days in a row.
  
  
• When you defeat the Gym Leader at a rival Gym, there will be a brief period of time where only you will be able to place a Pokémon in the open Gym.
  
  
• The amount of Prestige a rival Gym loses when you defeat a regular Gym member has increased. The amount of Prestige gained by training at a friendly Gym has been lowered.

Apparently they also speed capped pokestops so you can no longer spin them on the bus or as a passenger in a car.

Complete and utter trash. Pretty much ruins the game for me.

 

You think they are getting threatened with lawsuits about people still driving and playing or do you think they are trying to make the game harder? If it's to keep people from driving....now seems like it's a weird time to do it. They should have capped everything months ago.
