I swear to god the only thing that makes democrats seem dumber than doing shit like this:

is spending an entire election cycle throwing charts and graphs at people screaming "no, the economy is actually good, you just don't understand it."

Yeah I don’t want to downplay the consequences of that but like the Supreme Court said it’s ok to put people in concentration camps and they literally stole an election and gave us Bush II, which probably put the nail in the coffin on climate change and got millions of people killed post 9/11.

 

Just stumbled into a Twitter debate where one side is "HOAs are good actually" and the other side is "There are probably laws about those things, there are probably laws about those things, you can just call the cops".

 

That is genuinely annoying.

Update: he fixed everything that was wrong but we blew a fuse moving it without the serpentine belt which is what broke off because my water pump gave out and the part we need for the fuse box is dealer only but holy shit this random ass dude is one of the wildest people I’ve ever met lol my dads beside himself and my mom thinks me and my dad are insane for trusting him anyway my cars in his garage til tomorrow when we get the part

The economy is objectively good and the housing market being shitty thanks to a lack of housing+fed rates doesn’t change that, but it doesn’t matter. The Dem candidate gave a weak ass performance at an early debate they were banking on changing momentum and the SCOTUS is giving out authoritarian get out of jail free cards. Cant talk about the economy right now. Biden needs to step down or find some other way to change momentum, and Dems running for congressional seats need to be running on changing what the courts jurisdiction is and reigning the courts in.
