So what do we do now? Guaranteed the SC is gonna let Trump be immune from prosecution and unless he dies between now and November, he’s most likely gonna win because of this. I legit don’t know what to do, I feel just as panicky right now as I did election night in 2016 and this sucks. I’m scared for my kid, I’m honestly preparing myself mentally that I’m probably gonna end in some kind of jail or killed because of my politics, and I hate that I can’t do anything about this.

Fetterman did have a lot of good will and policy at the time though. But yeah there is a “still better than this wack job tv show opponent” element to it

but think also it shows that debates matter less than the media makes them out to

and also fetterman is still better than his opponent would've been

 

This is probably why they did the debate early. There’s still a lot of time between now and November to forget about this and (hopefully) focus on policy
