Something random occurred to me recently: like in terms of how little this show costs to produce vs the crazy huge streaming numbers it does this has to be the most financially successful show in all of streaming right? All the shows bigger than this are like $100 mil+ per season filled with CGI or use big expensive elaborate set pieces.

 

who is making money on this show though

like financially successful for whom

 

is there any real clue how alleged streaming numbers correlate to dollars

I think he’s saying this is cheap to produce, just pay the actors and have a few locations as opposed to something like house of the dragon that has a ton of CGI and what not so it’s a bigger return on investment

 

Nah reality tv is significantly cheaper to produce still and is def pulling in bigger numbers

 

like when an indie move that cost 5 million to make grosses 100 million at the box office
