His Steven Spielberg one from years ago is probably my favorite. He asks when Spielberg is finally going to do "the big one" and Spielberg can't handle it.

When I was a kid watching the show I didn't know Glick was a character so the show seemed so surreal to me.

 

Thelma was amazing, definitely a bit of a tear jerker. Cant stop thinking about it.

today I’m going to see UHF for the first time at the Alamo. Stoked

 

I saw Steve Martin and Martin Short live last year, and it was incredible. Glick energy for sure haha.

 

They show movies at (remember) the Alamo?

 

My confusion thinking this was going to be a sequel to Red Notice (which I’ve never seen)

I mean I’ve never wanted to visit the actual Alamo, so which one really is the more memorable one?

That is why they spent so much time building up the brand. If Neon or Janus or Pathe started releasing tentpole films they would be judged on a case-by-case basis, but when a distributor somehow becomes an indicator of quality you can try to capture multiple markets.

 

That really sucks

 

It really feels like “Civil War” was kind of a test to see that if maybe they marketed one of their movies like a big blockbuster, it could make decent money. And it did. And then they did the AI movie posters. Damn it’s so depressing.
