Didn’t love anything they did post-even if it kills me but that and commit this to memory were enough for me to be a fan forever. Just hope they can reach that level for me.

Leans wayyyy too heavy into the goofy/quirky side of their writing for me. From the album art, album title all the way down to some of the songs. Just not a record for me.

I will always support this band and their music, even if nothing much has resonated for me since EIIKM. I still listen to AITM beginning to end more than any of their other records but they’ve never written a bad song and they all seem like great guys, so I’ll always be a fan and am looking forward to new material!

 

Completely agree. That’s why I enjoyed Go so much. It was much more mature than Dinosaur and even EIIKM

 

Yeah, MCS is a band that will get those of us who were growing up during their heyday to come out of the woodwork a bit. I’m in the camp where the last few albums didn’t hit quite as hard. But I did a discog play through back in January and was happy revisiting the songs I didn’t connect with before. Cool to hear they’re going to be making new music.

 

They really remind me of punchline where they peaked super early and just got too goofy later on

 

MDL and Go still completely hold up. Panic Stations is bad though, can't argue that

 

I have enjoyed Justin's solo records, excited for this!
