lol we got to our hotel in KC only to find out they don’t have any water

Offer us 50% off or a full refund if we want to cancel (no ETA on the water being fixed)

We decide to get refunded, customer service says we have to call the 3rd party booking service for the refund

we do that, book another hotel 20 minutes away

get to THAT hotel, they tell us someone else got the last room with a king bed, but instead they can offer us a room with 2 queens
