My hair is thinning out on top in only one spot and it makes me so mad because the rest is doing fine. My sides are going gray already though

 

My beard is getting gray and I think it’s hot

I need the rest of my hair to cooperate and not waste this opportunity

 

I have some gray hairs here and there. do have a receding hairline. combined with my big forehead, it makes me very self-conscious.

 

Had a hanger steak with smashed potatoes and spinach for dinner then some lemon beignets for dessert

 

I’ve always told myself I can be either fat or bald, but never both. I better keep my hair because I can’t see myself getting skinny ever again.
