Spurs fans were so excited about Dragusin yesterday that they all want to switch to a back 3 now….which yeah, they’d make a good trio…but then we’d have less depth. The point of signing Dragusin was for what you’re explaining here. Being able to bring quality off the bench. And it’s a really hard thing to do. For several reasons.

 

Turkey also had that incredible Euro 2008 run where they lost to Germany in the semis. That squad was playing some incredible stuff.

Yeah, it’s something we’ve struggled with. We have a great group of 15/16 players, with some good squad players like Tomi, Trossard, but you’re gonna need about 20 players you can really rely on now, I think.

We have absolutely no backup to Saka or Saliba, for instance.
