unsure at the moment, my goal would probably be to be down and back before the end of the week to avoid labor day weekend travel prices. my ideal situation would be to fly down sunday, do monday tuesday parks and then come home wednesday. it will also be heavily determined by how well the situationship with The Lady progresses in the next month lol

There are feelings that can be described as a vibe, but the use of the term is nauseating and shouldn't exist

 

i mean, sure, but when you’re an old and can’t do that anymore, have a toddler and the idea of trying to walk 20k steps with them in a day sounds worse than just staying home and working, etc, it’s a fine enough alternative

not that I’m a big cruise person or anything (I’d rather just sit on the beach if I can’t do something bigger right), but I get the appeal

 

Im not gonna look back but Im surprised we havent gotten a "culture deez" yet

 

My culture is not a costume

 

What would you call it when a city just “feels and looks different” than, or reminds you of, another city but you can’t place your finger on or succinctly describe why?

Or when a team that isn’t supposed to be elite manages elite play because there’s something in the team chemistry that’s making them study well together before games and communicate well on the field?

“Vibe” to me is just a one word way to sum up a thing that is noticeably felt but would be complicated to try to describe

 

It’s like the English language version of “je ne sais quoi” or in some contexts, “feng shui”

The idea of a wave pool at a water park disgusts me. So much pee. Bandaids floating everywhere. Could accidentally get one in your mouth

 

There’s people who are correctly grossed out by water parks
