They're fun to watch even when they lose, I really like the Braves lineup we have

They're like my 3rd of 3 favorite teams, my parents live in Atlanta so they're the Atlanta team I chose haha I'll pick them in any game that they don't play the Rangers

Tigers because my dad is from Michigan and I was bred to love them almost as much as the Rangers (it also helps that my favorite ex ranger plays for them currently)

 

I should be watching the Yankees season opener right now. Damn rain.

 

I definitely wasn't happy with Kinsler's comments on his departure but I can understand his frustration and honestly i was a bit shocked at the trade when it went down. However at the time i felt like if he was being traded Fielder was one of a few guys that i wanted it return so i was okay with it.

I really only have 2 teams, Rangers #1 obviously since i grew up (kinda) in the area, and Astros because they are also a Texas team and i've just always liked them. Never really understand the hate from fans towards the other.

 

I wasn't happy with him for a long time, but I understood where he was coming from eventually. And yeah, I don't understand why the Rangers and the Astros don't like each other, I was rooting for them last year in the playoffs but I've never actually paid attention to their current roster, I'll peep a couple of their games soon.

 

Can confirm that PNC in Pitt is a really cool park and a great place to see a game. If you are going to a night game, get seats not in the outfield so you can see the skyline over the bridge as the sun sets. It's a cool experience. I heard the KC upgrades were well done, but I know it's an old stadium overall. Safeco is a stadium I would put up there with PNC. I am also biased to Cleveland's stadium, minus the new upper deck in the outfield. Cincinnati is fine, but there is nothing really unique about it. Just a fine place to see a game.

 

I think he was really the only player that i've gotten over trash talking the team on their exit. Still can't stand A-Rod or Teixeira, well I guess Josh too but that's different since he's back not hah.

It's just weird to me because they weren't even in the same league until a couple years ago so it's not like they played each other very often or anything. Only reason i've paid attention recently is because I live here now and want to experience baseball games with the wife and now our son. But man do they have some great players in the making, should be an exciting next couple of years for both Texas teams.

None of the away parks I've been to have been able to top Safeco for me (pro-Seattle bias ofc) but every time I see PNC in a broadcast or just pictures it looks gorgeous.

It's just great here, like 70 and sunny. It's a nice change before it gets unbearably hot in about a month for all of these games.

I think Safeco was so well done. The only gripe you can make as a visitor of the city is that it's a little out of the way of everything. Nothing a quick transit ride can't fix. Also, the smell of garlic fries is everywhere lol. You won't get that in other stadiums. However, as people are getting more used to "new" ballpark standards, I think Safeco and PNC are top notch and set the standard for other stadiums to replicate. From what I hear, STL did theirs well too. Cleveland is now older and was built with the idea people going want to watch baseball. They are trying to transition things and it's working for the most part. Their new scoreboard is supposed to be really good.
