Revisiting “Charli” - Better than I remember, but “Blame It On Your Love” is an unforgivable sin.

 

I might be late to the party here but did anyone else notice she changed all of her artwork on Spotify to match brat? It's kinda cool but I hope it's not permanent, really liked some of those covers. Also this album is just incredible.

Definitely temporary, Dua Lipa and Doja Cat did the same thing but changed them back

 

Yeah as I’ve said a couple times in here, pop 2 really blew my mind (my first foray into Charli) and I still use it as a benchmark. Lots of albums I probably wouldn’t have even given the time of day if I hadn’t thought to myself, “some of this sounds like pop 2!”

 

yeah I removed that from my version haha.

other than that it's hit after hit though. some amazing stuff on there.

 

Both her and crowd energy levels were insane on Tue. Definitely catch this tour in the fall if you can.

It’d be funny if, every time she had a new album rollout, she picked a new aesthetic and changed past albums’ art to reflect it.
