Ariel said the fights hanging on by a thread and the UFC is sending out offers for a replacement to fight Chandler but is also looking at an entirely new fight.

Alex vs Jiri being the only realistic option as of now and shuffling McGregor/Chandler back to September or October

It's weird too considering the dude came in like a wrecking machine and fought three times in two months. Then he was out for a year, fought twice in 2022, then only once in 2023 and has been out ever since. I have no idea what went wrong there, but his hype got derailed by inactivity - the exact opposite reason he became so popular right off the bat.
