The waiting to buy thing is the truth.... It drives me nuts that there are fans who buy up these platinum and double priced tickets from scalpers months in advance of a show as it is what perpetuates and continues these scams!

 

This is going to sell out in presale and probably in less than 20 minutes mark my words

The Used and the Plain White T’s is definitely a weird pairing.

 

I thought it is a great lineup but then after reading that previous stereogum article, I though hmmm not sure this could fill a stadium.

 

HFStival would be great if DCFC/TPS didn't already do two nights, 10K cap total, in DC last year - plus a shed show at Merriweather.

Sort of expected a bigger reunion or something given the history of the name. The new Sublime, No Doubt, Liam Gallagher doing Definitely Maybe.

HFStival is also $250+fees for pit and lower bowl, and $150+fees for upper bowl. Pass.

 

Going to hold the day for HFStival but will likely wait on tickets until closer to day of. Funny that Jimmy Eat World hasn’t headlined DC in years, aside from a radio fest with Spoon (an awesome pairing I’m glad I got to see).

 

Agreed about the headlining pair but the rest of the lineup is straight out of my 90s alt rocking radio loving dreams

I feel like there won't be trouble acquiring tickets....but still a good idea to assess interest....I am still remembering my last radio festival (DFP 8 at Jones Beach, NY) when I bought tickets as soon as the lineup was announced and then being so mad tickets were half price the week or so before the festival
