yeah grimace actually watches more movies than I do. I usually maybe watch 1-2 at most during the week but usually go to a theater at least once a weekend

last spring I did actually try to go to the movies 4 days in a row but I got sick and missed out on seeing Beau Is Afraid in IMAX

edit to be clear, I went Thursday, Friday, Saturday but had a fever on sunday and didn't go see BIA

AMC is too far from me. I’m a Cinemark member. They treat me like royalty at my local Cinemark.

Also, as discussed, I haven't been to the theaters in like 5 years (not covid related), and that was the first time in about 5 years

a-list is a monthly subscription that let's you see 3 movies per week (the weeks run Friday-Thursday) and it includes all the premium formats like IMAX, 3D, Dolby. It costs me $23 a month. My average ticket cost last year was like $5.50

 

still haven't watched it, weirdly

 

tbh i'd do amc for the premium formats if it were better in charlotte but regal beats their ass here

there are 4 AMCs within like, 30 minutes of me

there are 2 Regals, one of which rules and has IMAX, but the other (like 10 minutes from me) only has standard digital showings

 

That bad? I love Aster so that's a bummer.
