Last fall in NYC I walked by the UN building for the first time since I was a kid but the flagpoles were empty?? do they only put the flags up when its in session? thats some bullshit I was pissed I felt ripped off even though it was just a coincidence I was there

yeah I was only there because I was going from Grand Central to a bar in Lenox Hill and was like well might as well walk along the water and then when I got there there it was lol, no flags

 

I still think the congestion pricing plan was flawed in many ways so I can’t say I’m upset that it was delayed. But I don’t think they are interested in trying to make it any better/fairer rather than just delaying it and trying to start it up in the same fashion probably sometime after the election.

 

I dunno. But I’ve been outside and watched when they put the flags down.
