I don’t expect that to be good honestly

 

Anything involving Yachty has a slim chance of being good

 

super slim, but Blake certainly helps

 

his last album surprised me on first listen but it had virtually no staying power, and his entire presence on the songs felt dare-I-say whitewashed. in hindsight it's a bizarre album to think back on.

 

I feel like that album has an insane amount of hype and discussion when it dropped, but almost immediately disappeared.

Personally I thought it was interesting and cool that he did something "different" but I didn't think it hit at all, thought what I heard was pretty bad despite being different

 

Damn, totally thought the Nxworries record was out today. Evidently there’s still a week. Could swear it was planned for the 7th! Pumped to dig into Kaytranada today though

Really loved Yachty’s album from last year. However I’ve definitely soured on Blake a bit finding out he still works with/is cool with Kanye

 

Just got done listening to the new Joey Valence & Brae album - it's so fucking good

 

honestly shocked nobody's ripped that Nxworries and put it on the net yet

 

New Mach Hommy stays in my rotation. Album is too good.

 

Saw R.A.P. Ferreira last night, great show. AJ Suede was supporting, I was not familiar with him but he was very impressive- will definitely be checking out his discography this week

I actually sometimes interacted with Caz in the 00s because he frequented the same Hip Hop forum, haha.

 

Still feel like Chief Keef is one of the best of the year so far. No skips at all on this one. I’m actually not super familiar with his other shit. Is it just as good? There’s so much.
