well she’s the team lead and does 40 and the shittiest employee does like 12 a day so I’m trying to stay around the 30 range for now so I look good but don’t want them thinking I’m gonna bust out 40+ a day (which I could but I get paid the same so).

 

I need a new job where I dont have to talk to customers but also make six figures.

 

The new trainer based in Costa Rica is trying to lead this training and he’s SO lost, and I’m just letting it happen.

I’ve heard this from the new hires multiple times:

“I don’t know what we’re doing”
