Yeah they were maybe actually a little better in 2014 but I think any nerd would say the 2015 team was playing above its true talent significantly. Incredibly fun nonetheless!

They kinda invented the modern bullpen tho yeah. Or like they invented the telegram and the rays invented the telephone

because glasnow tipped his pitches against the cheating Astros and then the next year in the short season they ran into maybe the best team in modern baseball history

And there's a ton of people who post old games in full, that's what I did all off season and I still sometimes turn on random games as I'm falling asleep at night

he folded in the playoffs while playing for the rays and feasted off of them as an opponent in 2021 and was in the middle of that stupid call that killed the rays chances here

that was the strongest rays team i’ve ever seen and they just got bounced early by a good red sox team that clicked at the right time while a couple young rays pitchers choked

 

idc that the call is correct and that’s my right
