God I want to support bands but I legit cannot drop almost $40 every time a record drops. $18 shipping on Bandcamp. It’s a little cheaper from SC but lord.

Yeah it's been hard to calibrate my financial capacity to support artists and the distribution of whatever that amount is.

I'm trying to get into a habit of holding off on any merch if it's a band I know I'll probably see live, and then give a little more than I normally would if there's pay-what-you-can audio or anything like that available.

This record is so great. Will definitely be very high on my year end. 2 records in and I would call them one of my favorite bands.

This album fucking rules, so much so that I just got a ticket to their show here next month. Should be a great time!

This album just gets better and better with repeated listens. I am shocked that there has been very few posts in here.

  13. I keep looking for their records at local stores in Seattle. Haven't been able to spend enough time with this record but seriously, people are sleeping on this band in general.

  14. i wish i enjoyed this as much as their debut :(

I thought I didn’t know this existed until the other day but then I saw my above post! In any case, I am finally listening to this and it is great, masterful stuff.

I saw them live last night and they were incredible. Soooo so so much energy on stage it was awesome to see. Plus the show was sold out so that brought even more energy in the room. Got to meet Dana after the show and she was super sweet to talk to!

They covered Animal Collective in the encore, which I was able to record. Pinging @radiodead (I know you’re an AnCo fan)

Can’t believe how unpopular this is around these parts! Truly one of the year’s best imo

  23. It's time for this band to stop being underrated and start being appreciated.

Very excited to fall in love with this band again. I remember calling them our The Cure. High praise but idk….they’re fucking great. They kind of remind me of Alvvays, not sonically but how airtight their sound is, the best at what they do.
