Most people do wash their hair way too much.

 

Washing and showering daily is very important but some people take washing their hands way too seriously. Do it when you go to the bathroom of course but I do believe that *overdoing* it reduces your ability to handle exposure to germs without getting ill

but even with that, still, shower and wash your whole body every day, and if you gotta skip a day wash it extra the next day.

 

This is pseudoscience.
