Another great match from Rico and Ilja. Bron should do really well with them.

 

One thing that has changed but hasn’t really been called out is the backstage interviews in WWE now. They don’t end awkwardly anymore, they actually throw it back to commentary. The wrestlers seem to respect them more. Makes a big difference


And still loving all the background shit going on like Liv talking to JD though that was a bit more obvious due to Braun. And it looked like Sonya and someone (Zoey?) were talking in the back during that new day segment. Kinda fun to look for the little Easter eggs

 

Jackie Redmond has been their best reporter/interviewer hire.

 

Yeah, I could see her taking a 6 months or a year off. She has a pretty good pulse of the fans & can probably tell there’s some fatigue with her character right now. It’s not a bad time to step aside & push someone else as the top babyface.

 

Who would be the top babyface on Raw? Rhea when she comes back but until then is it already Lyra?

 

It’s 100% Rhea. Lyra is getting over though. The other option is Iyo but a turn on Damage Ctrl would feel too forced right now.

 

Otis is going to get such a huge pop once he turns on Gable. Glad they got such a long segment.

They’ve been going off air super abruptly the past month or so. Last week it wasn’t even 5 seconds after Gunther made Jey pass out.

 

Was anyone actually asking for them to re-hire Braun?

 

You have Braun and Bron on the same show, and Braun didn't come back just as "Strowman". Another sign of Vince-less WWE. Similar sounding names is the kind of thing that would drive Vince crazy.
