Why is Jericho still winning matches.

 

Is it just me or does this show feel kind of rushed? I get that it has to be considering the amount of matches on the card, but we’re just cruising through match after match with no room to let things breathe.

 

That’s every AEW PPV. It’s the exact opposite of WWE shows where you have 10-15 minutes between matches and get 5-6 match over 3.5 hours.

 

Yeah, if anything, the Cole/MJF promos is 10 more mins than any AEW PPV spends on non-wrestling

 

I also never understood the “let things breathe” point of view. The best events of all time don’t let you breathe. You shouldn’t want to breathe during wrestling shows. Also if you want to breathe we already had the let down matches lol

 

Didnt realize Mox was hurt (or "hurt"), but makes me feel good about my Takeshita pick in this match. Thats a perfect FD match

 

It’s felt evenly paced so far and the crowd is engaged. It’s what ya hope for with four major matches left.

I’m glad it’s a holiday weekend.

 

Highly doubt we get Mox defending against a DDT guy at FD lol

I think WWE has trained a lot of fans to think events need to “breathe” especially in the Network era. WWE PPV’s used to be a lot faster paced with quick video packages or footage from recent shows. Ever since the network they’ve slowed shows down with way too much filler and fans think that’s normal. RAW is the same way since they have gone to three hours. I really dislike that it takes to 3 and a half hours to watch a show with maybe 90 minutes of content.

 

Can’t believe Mox hasn’t bled yet. Guess they’re saving it all for the cage match tonight.
