I can reason with their decision making, though. Both are riding on the crest of their success at the moment, but we all know this sport is a fickle business and when big opportunities come the odds weigh in favour of them being taken. I feel McKenna is the most unfortunate of the two, as he could probably still find other opportunities even if Ipswich were to be relegated under his management next season. Motta probably realises the likelihood of a repeat season at Bologna is not that high so it makes sense he's jumped at the first chance to go to Juve.
