Baseball cards....cooler to look at and probably a bigger waste of money

 

but I know more about pokemon so I'd be more excited to pull like, a Gogoat than I would to pull a Will Smith (take your pick on which)

 

gogoat sounds like a stupid farming app

 

I also like that Pokemon cards are made by different artists and stuff, it's cool collecting not only the Pokemon but different art styles of the Pokemon

The solution is to stop using photos for baseball cards and make artists draw the players from memory

can't believe my relationship with my wife really started as a netflix & chill situation

we watched (sorta) The Babysitter on Netflix on like, a 2011 Macbook Air

 

That or we need to use more extracurricular pictures of baseball players (take that as you will)

When I see baseball cards I'm like "let me guess, they're going to have hats/helmets on and maybe hold a bat or a glove"

 

I'd be fun to get a "Mookie Betts but he's bowling" card or a "Tyler Glasnow/Jarren Duran in a pool" card just as random examples for no reason in particular

 

Also, there used to be drawn baseball cards back in the day and there are still some special edition Topps cards that get drawn by different artists. I don't collect those, though.

The most expensive card I own is a drawn A-Rod, though

Idk that I'd be concerned with the card's value if I started doing that

I just want to fill out a binder with those plastic pages that hold cards
